If you manage an MMO it stands to reason you would have others monitoring the server status at alternate times...that's just smart business ethics >.>

Yeah, it's a bit frustrating that it's been close to 3 hours and there isn't even a notice on the forums saying something like "we're working on it." >.>

After the server's crashed I decided I would go and get some food, surely by the time I got back they would be back online...I then spent the next 45 minutes stuck in an elevator :( . Today just keeps getting better and better :3

No information as of yet, although this new patch has caused a few server crashes as it is so I'm sure they're working to try and fix the problem. =)
