Was use to getting them every 30 seconds or so yesterday, today am going up to 5-6 minutes without seeing one. Seeing half the amount of people today around me than yesterday.

False, I live 30 minutes outside of Seattle and I get routed to Seattle via Comcast then to Savvis (complete junk) to Denver then outward from there.
