  • +15 must have a special reward, to make ppl to do armor/gloves/boots +15. for example armor can have decrease cooldown with 5% or increase skill dmg with 5-10% on monsters, gloves at +15 give you 6% att speed or power +10 or crit power + 0.5 , boots…
