It depends on what you do, or rather, are willing to do. Prices and such also vary from server to server. I only know of the prices for TR as I've never logged into any other server.

NA tera has those weapons, so leveling should be simple. It's actually much quicker to level now a days, especially since we have the experience event on at the moment, and you can use a buddy up code and you get free elite at level 20.
