Posting this here too... the patch tonight fixed the Quest reset UI bug on PS4, so for everyone stuck in quests, try again now.

It looks like tonight's patch fixed the quest reset bug that includes, among many other story quests, this issue. You should now see a dialog in the bottom-right corner that prompts you to reset your quest, and from there you should be all set.

I tested this too, and it does seem to be fixed in tonight's patch. The dialog that was broken before on PS4 is now working as expected, so you can reset story quests.
