Depending on what your ticket is about, it may take between 7 to 10 days to get a response. Some issues are given priority over others, depending on the severity of the issue. So anyway, probably have to wait a bit longer, unfortunately.

Because today is a holiday in the U.S., so they're pushing it by a day. I'd guess probably they'll update the token store sometime tomorrow afternoon at some point like last week, but it's a manual action so no fixed time.
