Yup, just to follow-up and confirm the issues in this thread, it's two things: 1) You have to restart the launcher for it to count 2) It resets at midnight PST (08:00 UTC), which is different than the normal reset time.

Probably the best thing to do in this case would be to send in a ticket with as much information as possible. Maybe there's some way they can try to look on your account and see if they can find it.
