Well... just to be sure, how much disk space do you have on that drive? This could be caused by permission issues as well (as were already alluded to), but if the game thinks it needs to run a repair it may need 35 GB free.

It's going to be something BHS did one way or another, as EME can't mess with skills. Whether it's a bug or a feature, who knows. It may also be something that gets adjusted again in a future patch.
