Only select Vanguard Requests give the Primed Ore, not all of them. Which means level 65 and higher dungeons.(ace dungeons included, if you need something solo), from what I've seen. (View Post)1 -

Green quests are daily quest that are turned in at NPCs. So you need to find where the NPCs for them are. (Look for the friendly green stars on your map or check the quest description.) They are list… (View Post)1 -
