You realise that is a special item they release right? one that upgrade your gear without using materials. But the downside is that you can downgrade. Enchanting with materials doesn't downgrade (View Post)9 -

The reason you cant use on CU is for perfomace. the client doesnt need load several kinds of mounts in a mass pvp. The same happen for costumes. Everybody use the same armor/weapon skin (View Post)6 -
